Our new Docs on File feature is a gamechanger for your players

It’s now simple for your players to send us their documents for certification directly from the poker client. With just a few clicks, your players can upload everything we need safely and securely from a Mac or PC. There’s no need to rely on email, which is generally unencrypted.

To use this feature, all your players have to do is launch the poker client, click the deposit button, click the account tab in the header, click my requests, click document verification, and choose the type of documents they want to upload.

All our WPN brands now offer the Docs on File feature. That means everyone can verify their information quickly without sacrificing their security or leaving the poker client.
