Here at WPN Affiliates, we know our job is easier than most. After all, we get to represent world-class Winning Poker Network brands like Black Chip Poker, Ya Poker and flagship Americas Cardroom.

Of course, that doesn’t mean our job is easy. Our goal of continuous improvement means each year must exceed the last. Here are some of our bigger success stories in 2018.

New Innovation benefitting affiliates

Our sites are at the forefront of technology, especially when it comes to Blockchain. After first accepting Bitcoin back in 2015, we are now the only US-facing network to offer over 60 cryptocurrencies for deposits and withdrawals. This is a huge selling point for affiliates when it comes to promoting our network vs. the competition.

Affiliates also benefit directly from this technology as they can now quickly receive their commission payment in the cryptocurrency of their choice.

Developing New Affiliate Revenue Streams

Heading into this year, we identified Mobile as an area that needed enhancement. Our first step was to give players the ability to sign-up, deposit and withdraw directly from their Mobile device (iOS and Android). We are also adding the exciting new Blitz Poker game to go along with Jackpot Poker.

These changes appeal to the growing base of Mobile poker players and offer a new revenue stream to boost affiliates’ bottom line.

New promotions to increase sign-ups and conversion

We ran a limited-time promotion called New Player Appreciation Days. Players received $20 in Free Tourney Bucks just for signing up for an account, with no deposit required. This really helped affiliates boost sign-ups in the traditionally slower summer months.

We’ve also helped affiliates increase conversion by boosting our already generous Welcome Package. First-Time

Depositors using a cryptocurrency receive a 200% bonus up to $1,000, instead of the normal 100%.

Helping affiliates increase retention

Our goal every year is to provide continual promotions, giving our affiliates something new each month to market and help retain players.

The High Five, $10 Million OSS Cub3d, and World Series of Poker qualifiers are three player-favorites that keep them loyal to our sites. Our Million Dollar Sundays are our biggest draw and we picked up the pace this year by running 15 of these $1,000,000 guaranteed tournaments. They also come with varying buy-ins of $265, $540 and $2,650 to target players of all bankroll sizes.

Meeting affiliates face-to-face

Being in constant contact with our affiliates is of primary importance, whether it’s through Email, Phone, Skype or

WhatsApp. However, there is nothing that can substitute for meeting face-to-face and that’s why we’re a major presence at the iGaming Affiliate Conferences.

This year, we attended conferences in London, Amsterdam and Lisbon. And we’re not just content with setting up a booth like many other companies. We hosted the Welcome Drinks Event at each venue, providing a great way for all affiliates to network in a casual setting. We’ve also done special presentations on the “Benefits of Cryptocurrencies in the Gaming Industry”, sharing our expertise while answering any questions that affiliates might have.
Summary

While we feel that these items give us great ammunition for the Best Affiliate Program, this award is not our top goal. Our primary objective is to continue to service our affiliates and players at the highest level. If awards follow, then that’s only icing on the cake!
